Managerial Accounting

VOLUME I

By J. O. MCKINSEY, C.P.A.

Accounting presented from the managerial point of view is new. This is the first book so to approach the subject. Motivated by the idea that the business man needs a basic knowledge of accounting, it treats the subject not as an end in itself but as an important means in the solution of the business problems of administration, sales, purchasing, traffic, and production. Mr. McKinsey has worked out a book that is as valuable for the prospective manager as for the prospective accountant.

Dumping is a practice of long standing in international trade and creates a problem comparable in importance to that of maintaining standards of competition in domestic trade.

This volume is a calm, analytical study; free from exaggerated fears, but insistent that legitimate interests be properly protected. It is the first thorough discussion of dumping in its economic and legal aspects.
