SIR: In compliance with law, I have the honor to herewith submit he report of this department for the 32d Fiscal Year, ending June 30, 1881, and the 33d Fiscal Year, ending June 30, 1882, embracing exhibits showing the receipts and disbursements in support of the State Government, the condition of the several funds of he treasury, and such other information as is made the duty of the Controller to report.
