Pursuant to the provisions of section three, Act Numbered Twelve. United States Philippine Commission, the ratio for the reduction of United States currency and Insular currency for the quarter ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and two. is hereby fixed at one dollar United States currency for two dollars and twenty-seven cents Insular currency.

Director of the Biological Laboratory, are hereby appointed a committee in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Two hundred and fifteen. United States Philippine Commission, for the purpose of investigating, reporting upon. fixing the responsibility for, and making recommendations concerning the present condition of certain publie civil property for which Paul C. Freer, Superintendent of Government Laboratories, is accountable.
