EXECUTIVE ORDER Pursuant to the provisions of section three, Act Numbered Twelve, United States Philippine Commission, the ratio for the reduction of United States currency and Insular currency for the quarter ending December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and one, is hereby fixed at one dollar United States currency for two dollars Insular currency. Sleeper, City Assessor and Collector of the city of Manila, is hereby designated to act as a temporary member of the Municipal Board of said city, in the place of Barry Baldwin, granted a temporary leave of absence from his duties on said Board.
