presents of the best fruits of the land, take double money in your hand, and take also your brother. And God Almighty give you mercy before the man, that he may send away your other brother, and Benjamin. Ch. xliii, 11–14. Q. How was Joseph affected when he saw his brother Benjamin?

THE CUP DISCOVERED.

Q. When they were ready to depart, what did he command his steward to do?

A. To fill their sacks, put back all their money, and to place his silver cup in Benjamin's sack. Chap. xliv, 1, 2.

After they had gone, what did he command his steward do?

To overtake them, and inquire why they had aken his silver cup. Chap. xliv, 4.

A. To try their love for Benjamin.
