Seite 45 - While an abundance of information is now being collected, little is useful for determining unmet service needs. Information on service utilization, activities and kinds of services provided, and the level of unmet need is crucial for planning within the aging network, and also for the Congressional budget, appropriations, and oversight processes. Standardized nomenclature and methodology are needed to insure that the information collected would not increase data reporting requirements.
