†This should be octauo: the date is 15 March, 1408-9, not 1409-10. 19 May fell on a Monday in the latter year, which was also in the third, not the second, year of Bowet's trauslation. His pontifical years as archbishop are dated from 7 Oct. 1407. These letters were doubtless copied into the register during 1409, which accounts for the error in date here and in the notice for the visitation of Healaugh park below.
