The President:

A list of the proposed members has been sent out to each member of the association, and you are doubtless familiar with these names. A vote must be taken by ballot. The Secretary will pass the ballots around. A recess of ten minutes will be taken, to allow members to canvass among themselves the proposed names.

After the recess had been taken, the chair appointed Horace G. Lunt and Ralph Talbot as tellers, who immediately proceeded to collect the ballots and canvass the same.

Horace G. Lunt:

Mr. President, all the names balloted upon are elected.

The chair will appoint Judge Yeaman and Judge Gunnell as a committee to notify the new members of their election.

The President:

I am requested by Judge Lunt to say that the privileges of the El Paso Club, at Colorado Springs, are extended to the members of the association.

The meeting was called to order with President Gast and Secretary Hoyt in their chairs.

The President:

The first order of business to-day is the report of the Execu tive Committee. I beg to state that the work that has been done by this committee during the past year has been all of a routine character, and probably the members are well acquainted with it and a report is not essential.

The report of the Treasurer being the next order of business, Treasurer Hoyt read his report, after stating that the same had been submitted to the Executive Committee and, under the ByLaws, approved by that committee:
