In the nam' of god Ame' the xviijth day of Aprill in the yere of or Lord Jhu Christe 1574 & in the syxtenth yere of the reigne of o' sov'aigne Lady Elizabeth by the grace of god quen of England ffraunce and Ireland defendo' of the faithe &c.
