Denver, Colo., March 15, 1899, 2 p. m. The meeting was called to order in the Supreme Court room, with President Charles E. Gast and Secretary Lucius W. Hoyt in their chairs.

Chairman Westbrook S. Decker, of the Committee on Admissions, reported that the committee had approved applications for membership of certain members of the bar.

Upon a ballot being taken, the following of those approved by the committee were admitted:

SECOND ANNUAL MEETING

HELD AT

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO.

FIRST DAY MEETING.

Thursday, July 6, 1899, 2 p. m. The meeting was called to order in the ball room of Broadmoor Casino, with President Charles E. Gast and Secretary Lucius W. Hoyt in their chairs.

On motion, the roll call was dispensed with.

The next order of business being the reading of the minutes of the last meeting, it was moved and seconded that the same be dispensed with.

The President:
The Executive Committee have held a meeting and

, have concluded that they would call this afternoon for a report of the Committee on Admissions, in order that a vote may be taken upon the applications of the gentlemen who have been proposed for admission by the committee, and after a vote has been taken upon those applications, the remainder of the exercises to-day will consist of an address by the President and by Mr. Johnson. The remainder of the routine business of the association will be transacted tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock.
